Deh Cho Travel Connection (DCTC) is the contest sponsor of the “Deh Cho Travel Connection ~ Diamonds in the Rough Contest (Contest).

General

All entries must be on a DCTC provided Contest form (Passport) that is available from an approved participating DCTC “Deh Cho Passport ~ “Diamonds in the Rough” Passport location. A list of the participating locations is posted on the DCTC website (www.dehchotravel.ca) and at all participating locations.
Contest entries will be limited to those Passports that are distributed. Passports will be available from May 15 to September 1, while quantities last. Passports must be picked in person at an approved “Deh Cho Passport ~ “Diamonds in the Rough” participating location.
Limit of 1 entry per household is allowed during the entire promotion period. In the event it is discovered that a contestant attempted to enter more than once, all additional entries will be void.
All entries must complete the Passport identification and contact information portion of the contest form. It must include a complete home and mailing address, and daytime phone number of the contestant. The DCTC assumes no responsibility or liabilities for inaccurate or incorrect contact information provided to it.
To be eligible for the final draw, Passport entrants must obtain a minimum of four (4) stamps from each of the three (3) participating provincial and territorial jurisdictions (Alberta, British Columbia and Northwest Territories) for a total of at least twelve (12) “Diamonds in the Rough” Passport stamps. All Passport stamps must be obtained from an approved DCTC endorsement location.
A random draw will take place in November 2011 to select the Grand Prize and subsidiary winners from all eligible entries. Full details as to the draw time and location will be posted on the DCTC website (www.dehchotravel.ca). Chances of winning depend on the total number of entries received.
Entries must be mailed to; DCTC Diamonds in the Rough, c/o NWT Tourism, PO Box 610, Yellowknife NT, X1A 2N5, Canada and must be received no later than October 31, 2011. The DCTC will return the Passport to the entrants by return mail after the final draw. DCTC assumes no responsibility for lost, late, delayed, destroyed or misdirected mail.
The selected entrants will be notified by telephone and/or e-mail within thirty (30) business days of the draw. If the first selected entrant does not respond and make claim to their prize by December 31, 2011, the DCTC shall have the right to disqualify that entrant and to randomly draw another eligible entry. By entering, you agree that if you are a selected entrant that is disqualified and a prize is forfeited for any reason, the DCTC shall be fully and completely released and discharged from any liability in this regard. The DCTC is not responsible for the failure for any reason whatsoever of selected entrants to receive notification.
Details of the Grand Prize and any subsidiary prizes will be posted on the DCTC website (www.dehchotravel.ca) including any limitations related to the acceptance and/or redemption of that prize.
Prizes must be accepted as awarded and the name of all winners will be posted on the DCTC website. No substitutions are allowed. Some prizes may have expiry dates for which the must be used by.
By entering the Contest, entrants agree that the contact information provided may be distributed to the following participating tourism organizations; NWT Tourism, Travel Alberta North and, Northern British Columbia Tourism.
No correspondence will be entered into except with entrants. The names of the winners and prizes will be posted on the DCTC website after the final draw date.

Eligibility

Participation in this contest is limited to persons 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Representatives, agents or officers of the DCTC and participating Visitor Centre staff and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
No purchase is necessary.
Void where prohibited by law.

General Conditions

By entering this contest the entrants and participants automatically agree to accept and abide by the conditions outlined herein. All decisions of the contest sponsor with respect to any aspect of this contest, including without limitation the eligibility of entries, are final and binding on all entrants in all matters as they related to this contest.
By entering this Contest, entrants and selected winners agree to release and hold harmless the DCTC representatives, officers, agents and affiliates, including without limitation, participating organizations or agencies from injury, loss or damage of any kind to persons or property, including but not limited to death, resulting whole or in part directly or indirectly from participating in the contest or acceptance of any prizes awarded as a result thereof.
The contest sponsor reserves the right to, in its sole discretion to terminate or suspend the Contest, or modify the Contest Rules and Conditions at any time should the integrity of the promotion is compromised in any way. The DCTC will make every effort to post any notices of termination, suspension or changes to the Contest Rules and Conditions on the DCTC website (www.dehchotravel.ca) within seventy-two (72) hours of when the amendment takes place.
